Dogs Australia have received advice from the National Breed Standards Coordination Group Chairperson, Marie Merchant that the Group has reviewed a request from the National Dachshund Council (Australia) regarding amendments required to their breed standard, to bring it in line with the current Kennel Club UK standard.  Dogs Australia's website has now been updated accordingly.
