Membership cards

In response to feedback from our Members, DOGS NSW has transitioned to digital membership cards from July 2018. You told us that;

• You didn’t want to wait for your card to arrive in the mail,
• You didn’t want to another plastic card bulking up your wallet or purse,
• You wanted to access your card online
• You wanted to access it through the DOGS NSW app
• You wanted to easily email a copy

DOGS NSW Members can have their digital membership card emailed to them simply by entering their details online. Simply visit the online membership card website and enter your login ID for DOGS NSW / ANKC Online Services. You will can then select your membership and request your card is emailed to you. 

How do I access my digital Membership card via the DOGS NSW app?

To view your membership using a mobile device on the DOGS NSW App i.e. iPhone, Android Phone, iPad or tablet:

1. Download the DOGS NSW App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. After installing the App, open the App and select “My Membership Card” from the Menu on the left.
3. Enter your DOGS NSW / ANKC Online Services user ID (also known as UMC or Person number) and password to view your Membership card.
