RNSWCC LTD (DOGS NSW) 2026 AGM Agenda & Proxy Form

Members are advised that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Royal NSW Canine Council Ltd (DOGS NSW) will be held as follows:

Location: Amenities Building, 44 Luddenham Road, Orchard Hills

Date: Wednesday, 4 November 2026

Time: 7:30pm

All financial members are encouraged to attend. Please remember to bring your membership number with you as it will be verified upon entry.

For those unable to attend in person, completed proxy forms must be submitted by 4.30pm on Monday, 2 November 2026.

PLEASE NOTE:  Questions will not be taken from the floor on the night of the AGM.  Any questions members may wish to raise in relation to the Motions listed on the Agenda must be received by the Office in writing by Monday 26 October 2026 at 3.00pm.
