RNSWCC 2026 AGM CLOSING DATE for Appointment of Proxy Forms

Previously members were advised that the closing date for the submission of Appointment of Proxy Forms was 4.00pm on Monday 2 November 2026.

Your attention is drawn to the RNSWCC Articles of Association, Article 70(a), which states:-

70(a)    Each member shall be entitled to appoint another member as proxy by written notice given to the Secretary no later than 4.30 pm on the last normal working day prior to the meeting in respect of which the proxy is appointed.

Therefore, Appointment of Proxy Forms will be accepted up to 4.30pm on Tuesday 3 November 2026.
