Would You Like Your Paperwork Processed Within In A Reasonable Time Frame?

If so read on: -

The office receives many litter registrations, transfers, and membership renewals etc. that have not been fully completed or are incorrect in accordance with Dogs NSW requirements. We are striving to give you or customers a good service but on many occasions we are unable to process your transaction. Please find a list set out below of common occurrences, which will impede the processing of your transaction and one that is pertinent to all is ‘incorrect or no fees submitted”.

Litter Registrations:
· Incorrect mating/whelping date
· Service Certificate not completed by all owner/s of Sire/Dam
· Application not signed by Breeder
· Dam not in the Breeder/s name at time of the mating, which must be the same as the owner of the Prefix
· Membership/Prefix not financial
· No sex or colour indicated on form
· Breed requirements not submitted i.e. Hip and Elbow results etc.

Transfers:
· Transfer on reverse side of Certificate of Registration not completed
· Transfer not signed by all of the “previous owners” and the “new owners” (NSW residents only)
· Limited to Main Register, statutory declaration not submitted with Certificate of Registration

Membership Renewals:
· Renewal Form not complete
· Member/s have not signed the renewal
· Copy of Pension Card not attached (many on record have expired)

Re-registrations:
· Incomplete paperwork submitted, the following is required:
· Original - Certified Export Pedigree
· Original - Ownership Certificate
· AQIS documentation
· Microchip details
· Paperwork not signed by all Owners

Duplicate Certificate of Registration:
· Statement on application, reason for duplicate, not completed

Title Applications:
· Original Certificate of Registration
· Challenge Certificates (original or copies) not submitted
· Interstate CC/BOB must accompany this application. If these have been lost you will need to obtain verification from the State Controlling Body of the CC/BOB being awarded to your dog

Please help us to help you! The staff of Dogs NSW must adhere to regulations and policy, if your paperwork is not correct then it will be returned thus holding up the processing of your transactions. Many members make the statement that we should ring in regard to errors or omissions and in many cases we do, but with the volume of processing that goes through this office sometimes we are not able to do this or if a signature is required a phone call will not solve the problem.

If you are not sure about any aspect then contact the office prior to submitting your paperwork. Your co-operation in this matter would be appreciated, thank you.
