WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE
All affiliates are advised that at their December 2007 meeting, the Board of Directors reaffirmed their previous resolution, in that all affiliates are required, to submit to Dogs NSW, a copy of a current Certificate of Currency for Workers Compensation each year upon renewing their affiliation and attached the same when submitting their draft schedule for approval to the office.
If your club is sub-contracting an overseas judge from a NSW club, the “Host” club is to have workers compensation cover, which records the sub-contracting club as an interested party.
Should your club be sub-contracting an overseas judge from an interstate club, then your club is required to have workers compensation cover in their own right.
