Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of the month at 7:30 pm, Amenities Building, Bill Spilstead Complex For Canine Affairs, Luddenham Road, Erskine Park.
Responsibilities
Make recommendations to the Board of Directors in regard to the promotion, organization and conduct of:
· ANKC Herding, including Herding Training at the Complex, ANKC Herding Trials/Tests.
· Earthdog Training at the Complex, ANKC EarthdogTests.
· Allocate and amend dates for Herding Trial/Tests and Earthdog Tests.
· Allocate and amend dates for Herding and Earthdog Training.
· Monitor Herding and Earthdog Tests/Trials to ensure they comply with ANKC Rules & Regulations.
· Consider reports of Trial/Test Representatives. Refer incidents reported at Trial/Tests by the Representative to the Secretary, Board or affiliate concerned as appropriate.
· Provide advice and guidance to affiliates on Trial/Tests Regulations and any other matters related to ANKC Herding or Earthdog Testing.
· Organize the education and training of Judges for Herding & Earthdog Testing.
· Make submission to the ANKC in regard to rule changes as required.
