Do I have to own a pedigree dog to become a member?

No. Many members of the Royal NSW Canine Council own a crossbreed dog they enter in Agility & Obedience Trials.
Membership Applications may be rejected if the applicant has been convicted under the Cruelty to Animals Act or are under investigation by another member body of the Australian National Kennel Council.
